Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fine emulsified article of a monomer by establishing "critical point emulsification method" for refining and emulsifying a monomer in water under more mild condition by utilizing property of supercritical water to dissolve an oil droplet and obtaining an emulsified article at a state that particle diameters are uniform, and to establish and provide a "critical point emulsification polymerization method" for changing the critical point emulsified article of the monomer to a resin particle.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a fine emulsified article of a polymerizable monomer by finely emulsifying oil droplet containing one or more kind of oil-soluble polymerizable monomer in water, including a compatibilization process for compatibilizing the oil-soluble polymerizable monomer and water by continuously or intermittently flowing one or more kind of oil-soluble polymerizable monomer as an oil droplet raw material, and water into a mixer, then setting high temperature and high pressure and reducing specific inductive capacity of water to 40 or less, and a cooling process for cooling thereafter to obtain an emulsified article having particle dimeter of the polymerizable monomer of 20 nm to 400 nm, and there is provided a manufacturing method of a fine resin emulsified article.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】超臨界水が油滴を溶解する特性を利用し、よりマイルドな条件でモノマーを水中に微細化、乳化し、粒子径が揃った状態の乳化物を得る「臨界点乳化法」を確立して、モノマーの微小乳化物の製造方法を提供すること、及び、このモノマーの臨界点乳化物を樹脂粒子化する「臨界点乳化重合法」を確立し、提供すること。【解決手段】1種以上の油溶性の重合性単量体を含む油滴が水に微細に乳化してなる重合性単量体の微小乳化物の製造方法であって、油滴原料である1種以上の油溶性の重合性単量体と、水とを、それぞれ連続的又は断続的に混合器内に流入させ、その後、高温高圧にして水の比誘電率を40以下に低下させて、油溶性の重合性単量体と水とを相溶させる相溶工程と、その後に冷却することで、重合性単量体の粒子径が20nm〜400nmの乳化物を得る冷却工程とを有する重合性単量体の微小乳化物の製造方法及び微小樹脂乳化物の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
