PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly and appropriately display a state of the windsurfing during sailing.SOLUTION: Velocities of a mobile body and traveling directions of windsurfing with respect to wind directions at respective positions are calculated on the basis of position information by GPS values of the windsurfing, and the velocities and the traveling directions are displayed. State information relating to states of the mobile body at the respective positions by a 9-axis sensor is acquired, and whether or not a state relating to the state information is within a prescribed range is determined.
