PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly catheter for continuous nerve block, capable of reliably injecting a drug solution in a desired injection position by preventing a distal end of a catheter placed near a dominant nerve from being largely deviated from an initial position during the placement, and performing effective pain management by smoothly inserting and removing the catheter.SOLUTION: A catheter 10 including a reformed curved part 20 and a plurality of side holes 30, formed at a distal end, the curved part of the catheter forms a single circle, and the side holes are formed by being disposed at a straight part just proximal to the curved part. As a preferable configuration, the side holes are disposed alternately on the catheter side face at positions forming 180° to each other, with their heights deviated from each other. The tip end of the curved part (the distal end of the catheter when it is curved) 11 is set up at a substantially same position as a start point 13 of the curvature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】支配神経近傍に留置されたカテーテルの先端が留置中に当初の位置から大きくずれることがなく、薬液が所望の注入位置に確実に注入できること、また、カテーテルの挿入や抜去がスムーズにできることで、効果的な疼痛管理ができると共に使い勝手に優れた持続神経ブロック用カテーテルを提供すること。【解決手段】先端に癖付けされた屈曲部２０と複数のサイドホール３０が形成されるカテーテル１０であって、該カテーテルの屈曲部は一重の円形に形成し、サイドホールは屈曲部の直近のストレート部に配置して形成した。また、好ましい構成として、前記サイドホールは、カテーテル側面の互いに１８０度となる位置に高さをずらして交互に配置し、屈曲部の先端（屈曲したときのカテーテルの先端）１１は、該屈曲部の曲がりの始点１３とほぼ同じ位置に設定した。【選択図】図２
