Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan with a counterflow wind prevention tool capable of preventing air from flowing into electronic equipment from a cooling fan, upon failure thereof, and to provide electronic equipment including a fan with a counterflow wind prevention tool.SOLUTION: A fan with a counterflow wind prevention tool to be mounted on electronic equipment includes a cooling fan and a counterflow wind prevention tool capable of opening or closing a flow path on the exhaust side of the cooling fan, and attachment means for attaching the counterflow wind prevention tool to the cooling fan. The counterflow wind prevention tool opens the exhaust side of the cooling fan by the wind discharged to the outside of the electronic equipment during operation of the cooling fan, and closes the exhaust side of the cooling fan by the wind flow caused by deadweight or suction from the exhaust side when the cooling fan is not operating. 【課題】 冷却ファンの故障時に当該冷却ファンから電子装置内に空気が流入するのを防止可能な逆流風防止具付きファン及び逆流風防止具付きファンを備えた電子装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の逆流風防止具付きファンは、電子装置に搭載される冷却ファンであって、冷却ファンと冷却ファンの排気側の流路を開放又は閉鎖可能な逆流風防止具と当該逆流風防止具を冷却ファンに取り付ける取付け手段を備えたものである。逆流風防止具は、冷却ファンの動作時には電子装置外に排出される風によって冷却ファンの排気側を開放し、前記冷却ファンの不動作時には自重又は排気側からの吸気による風の流れによって冷却ファンの排気側を閉鎖するように構成されている。本発明の電子装置は、冷却ファンとして前記逆流風防止具付きファンを備えたものである。【選択図】 図1 |
