Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary piston type flowmeter, although a rotor constructed to output uneven pulse signals, with which it is possible to measure a firm flow velocity.SOLUTION: Provided is a rotary piston type flowmeter comprising: a rotor 5 arranged to be capable of oscillating rotation in a measurement chamber 2a so as to measure a given amount of flow per rotation and outputting N pulse signals per rotation; a sensor 11 for detecting pulse signals outputted along with the rotation of the rotor 5; a counter unit for counting pulse signals from a sensor; a timer for measuring an elapsed time from when a pulse signal is detected till when the next pulse signal is detected; and a control unit which, each time a pulse signal is detected, calculates a flow velocity on the basis of the time needed for the rotor 5 to make one revolution until the pulse signal is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ロータが不均等なパルス信号を出力する構造でありながら、常時流速を測定可能なロータリピストン型流量計を提供する。【解決手段】1回転あたりに一定の流量を計量するよう計量室2a内を揺動回転可能に配置され、1回転あたりにN個のパルス信号を出力するロータ5と、ロータ5の回転に伴って出力されるパルス信号を検出するセンサ11と、センサからのパルス信号を計数するカウンタ部と、パルス信号が検出されてから次のパルス信号が検出されるまでの経過時間を計測するタイマと、パルス信号を検出する毎に、そのパルス信号を検出するまでにロータ5が1回転するのに要した時間に基づいて流速を算定する制御部とを具備するロータリピストン型流量計。【選択図】図1
