Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable web feeding method and a web feeding device used for the same without varying a position of a web passing under feeding according to a feeding process and a lot of the web in roll-to-roll.SOLUTION: In at least a part of a section for feeding a web 2, by supporting both side edge parts of the web 2, a center part in a width direction of the web 2 is bent as a lowermost part, and in this state, the web 2 is fed.
