Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing a polymer degradation activity of a metal nickel-containing hydrogenation catalyst, to provide a highly selective hydrogenation catalyst produced by using the method and to provide a method for producing a polymer hydride using the highly selective hydrogenation catalyst.SOLUTION: A method for suppressing polymer degradation activity of a metal nickel-containing hydrogenation catalyst uses the metal nickel-containing hydrogenation catalyst in hydrogenation reaction of a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond-containing polymer and comprises bringing the metal nickel-containing hydrogenation catalyst into contact with a compound containing a typical element having an ionic radius of 40 to 100 pm in a molar ratio (Ni:M) of the metal nickel (Ni) to the typical element (M) within a range of 1:0.1 to 1:10. The highly selective hydrogenation catalyst is produced by using the method. The method for producing a polymer hydride uses the highly selective hydrogenation catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】金属ニッケル含有水素化触媒の重合体分解活性を抑制する方法、この方法を使用して得られる高選択性水素化触媒、及び、この高選択性水素化触媒を用いる重合体水素化物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属ニッケル含有水素化触媒の重合体分解活性の抑制方法であって、前記金属ニッケル含有水素化触媒が、炭素−炭素不飽和結合含有重合体の水素化反応に用いられるものであり、前記金属ニッケル含有水素化触媒に、イオン半径が40〜100pmの典型元素を含有する化合物を、金属ニッケル(Ni)と前記典型元素(M)のモル比(Ni:M)が1:0.1〜1:10の範囲内で接触させることを特徴とする、金属ニッケル含有水素化触媒の重合体分解活性の抑制方法と、この方法を使用して得られる高選択性水素化触媒、及び、この高選択性水素化触媒を用いる重合体水素化物の製造方法。【選択図】 なし |
