Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level adjustment mechanism capable of relatively easily adjusting a level of a structure and shortening operation time required for level adjustment.SOLUTION: A level adjustment mechanism 10 includes a first revel adjustment member 11 and a second level adjustment member 12. The first level adjustment member 11 is inserted into the second level adjustment member 12 in a direction where a first opening side part 14 and a second opposite side part 26 are faced and a first opposite side part 15 and a second opening side part 25 are faced. The first level adjustment member 11 includes first engaging parts 17 respectively formed at both end portions 14a, 14a of the first opening side part 14, and the second level adjustment member 12 includes a second engaging portion 28 formed in each of the portions 26a and 26a of the second opposite side part 26 and engaged with the first engaging part 17. A dimensional tolerance of the first engagement parts 17, 17 is set such that stress is generated in a width direction outer side of the second level adjustment member 12 in a state where the first level adjustment member 11 is inserted into the second level adjustment member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造物のレベルの微調整を比較的容易に行うことができ、レベル調整に要する作業時間の短縮化を図ることができるレベル調整機構を提供する。【解決手段】レベル調整機構10は、第一レベル調整部材11及び第二レベル調整部材12を備える。第一開口辺部14と第二対辺部26とが対向し且つ第一対辺部15と第二開口辺部25とが対向する向きで第一レベル調整部材11が第二レベル調整部材12内に挿通される。第一レベル調整部材11は、第一開口辺部14の両端部14a,14aにそれぞれ形成された第一係合部17を有し、第二レベル調整部材12は、第二対辺部26の両端部26a,26aにそれぞれ形成され、第一係合部17と係合する第二係合部28を有する。第一係合部17,17の寸法公差は、第一レベル調整部材11を第二レベル調整部材12内に挿通した状態において第二レベル調整部材12に対して幅方向外側に応力が生じるように設定される。【選択図】図1 |
