To implement real-time promotion and advertisement in accordance with a store status by use of digital signage, to increase customers who visit the store.SOLUTION: A digital signage control apparatus which distributes information to be displayed on digital signage over a network includes: storage means of storing privilege information of a store; detection means of detecting the number of available seats to be prepared for users; and distribution means of delivering privilege information in accordance with the number of available seats to the digital signage. The distribution means delivers the privilege information with higher privilege degree when a larger number of available seats exist.
