Summary:To provide a method for determining noble metal elements capable of highly accurately, quickly, and inexpensively determining amounts of noble metal elements contained in a solid sample containing noble metal elements.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for determining noble metal elements includes: a process of injecting a solid sample containing noble metal elements and nickel and tin into a graphite container, and heating and fusing it under non-oxidation atmosphere, preferably, impulse heating; a process of cooling and coagulating the fused material to a room temperature; a process of dissolving the obtained coagulated material by adding aqua regia thereto; and a process of measuring concentration of the noble metal elements eluted into acid aqueous solution by an inductively-coupled plasma emission spectral analysis method or inductively-coupled plasma mass analysis method. Thus, it is possible to highly accurately, quickly and inexpensively measure amounts of the noble metal elements contained in the solid sample.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】貴金属元素を含有する固体試料に含まれる貴金属元素の量を高精度、迅速、かつ低コストで定量することが可能な、貴金属元素の定量方法を提供する。【解決手段】貴金属元素を含有する固体試料とニッケルと錫をグラファイト容器に入れ、非酸化性雰囲気下で、好ましくはインパルス加熱により加熱して融解した後、室温まで冷却して凝固させ、得られた凝固物に王水を加えて溶解し、酸水溶液中に溶出した貴金属元素の濃度を誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法または誘導結合プラズマ質量分析法により測定する貴金属元素の定量方法により、固体試料に含まれる貴金属元素の量を高精度、迅速、かつ低コストで定量することが可能になる。【選択図】なし
