Summary:To constitute a valve-opening/closing timing control device which can make an energization force of a torsion spring surely act.SOLUTION: A valve-opening/closing timing control device has a torsion spring 46 to which a lid-shaped plate 22 covering a driven-side rotating body is fastened with a fastening bolt, and which displaces a drive-side rotating body and the driven-side rotating body to a prescribed direction. A screw structure screwed with the fastening bolt is formed at the lid-shaped plate 22 as a first hook part F1 while protruding therefrom, a second hook part F2 is formed at a lock member 41 which rotates integrally with a camshaft, a first arm 46B of the torsion spring 46 is locked to the first hook part F1, and a second arm 46C is locked to the second hook part F2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】トーションスプリングの付勢力を確実に作用させ得る弁開閉時期制御装置を構成する。【解決手段】弁開閉時期制御装置は、従動側回転体を覆う蓋状プレート22が締結ボルトで締結され、駆動側回転体と従動側回転体とを所定方向に変位させるトーションスプリング46を有している。蓋状プレート22には締結ボルトが螺合する螺合構造が突出して第1フック部F1として形成され、カムシャフトと一体回転する係止部材41に第2フック部F2が形成され、トーションスプリング46の第1アーム46Bが第1フック部F1に係止し、第2アーム46Cが第2フック部F2に係止する。【選択図】図5
