Abstract To provide a rocker arm support structure capable of adjusting a tappet clearance in compact configuration.SOLUTION: In a rocker arm support structure, a rocker arm shaft 16 comprises an arm support part 16b which penetrates a rocker arm 15, and a holder abutment part 16a which is supported by a shaft holder 10, and is suppored in an axially slidable manner by a drive mechanism 18.
