Summary:To provide a hydrogel that can efficiently carry a desired amount of poorly water-soluble drugs and exhibits excellent sustained drug release properties compared to the prior art.SOLUTION: The above-mentioned objectives are solved by a cyclodextrin derivative modified hydrogel having a cyclodextrin derivative on the surface of the hydrogel, more specifically, a cyclodextrin derivative modified hydrogel whose surface is modified by (1,4-diaminobutyl)-6-β-cyclodextrin, (1,5-diaminopentyl)-6-β-cyclodextrin, (1,6-diaminohexyl)-6-β-cyclodextrin, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の目的は、従来技術に比して、効率的に所望の量の難水溶性薬剤を効率的に担持することができ、かつ、優れた薬剤徐放性を示すハイドロゲルを提供することにある。【解決手段】上記目的は、シクロデキストリン誘導体をハイドロゲルの表面に有する、シクロデキストリン誘導体修飾ハイドロゲル、具体的には(1,4−ジアミノブチル)−6−β−シクロデキストリン、(1,5−ジアミノペンチル)−6−β−シクロデキストリン又は(1,6−ジアミノへキシル)−6−β−シクロデキストリンなどによって表面が修飾されたシクロデキストリン誘導体修飾ハイドロゲルなどにより解決される。【選択図】図1
