In the casing 8, a lower layer scroll part 14 which houses a fan 50 for lower layer ventilation is provided so as to be spaced apart from the bottom wall part 8a in an upward direction. Further, a lower layer bell mouth formation member 60 forming a lower layer bell mouth port 61a communicating with the interior of the lower layer scroll part 14 is provided.
