Summary:To provide an optical writing device and an image formation apparatus which can suppress image degradation due to the high frequency noise from an electrification device and a development device.SOLUTION: In an optical writing device in which a plurality of OLEDs 221 are arrayed in the line shape, a drive IC 301 outputs control voltage instructing the light emission amount of each OLED 221. A drive unit 401A supplies the drive current according to the voltage difference between the control voltage and the reference voltage to the OLEDs 221 in the even number along the array direction. A drive unit 401B supplies the drive current according to the voltage difference between the control voltage and the grounding voltage to the OLEDs 221 in the odd number. Since the increase and decrease of the light emission amounts of the OLEDs 221 in the even number and the odd number in the array direction become reverse when the AC noise component overlaps the control voltage, the density unevenness can be made difficult to be visually recognized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】帯電装置や現像装置からの高周波ノイズに起因する画像劣化を抑制することができる光書き込み装置及び画像形成装置を提供する。
