To provide an absorbent article in which the occurrence of folding creases is suppressed more, and the texture in wearing is also superior while leakage of a body fluid is prevented effectively.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet. The absorbent article is roughly divided into three equal parts in the longitudinal direction by two folding lines. The absorbent article is provided as follows: the basis weight of the absorber is 400 g/mor more and 1500 g/mor less; the top sheet is comprised of 1 ply, and has uneven patterns having three-dimensional recesses and protrusions; and multiple embossed patterns are formed which is developed in the width direction in left-and-right substantially symmetrical manner astride the width direction center line in the top or neighborhood of the folding line, reaches the absorber from the top sheet, and is not connected with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、折りじわの発生がより抑えられ、体液の漏れが効果的に防止されつつ、着用時の肌触りも良好な吸収性物品を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】液透過性のトップシートと、液不透過性のバックシートと、トップシート及びバックシートの間に配置された吸収体と、を有し、２本の折り線によって、長手方向に略３等分される吸収性物品であって、吸収体の坪量が、４００ｇ／ｍ２以上１５００ｇ／ｍ２以下であり、トップシートが、１プライで構成され、３次元の凹部及び凸部を有する凹凸パターンを有し、折り線の上又は近傍において、幅方向中心線をまたいで左右略対称に、幅方向に展開し、トップシートから吸収体に至る、互いに連結しない複数のエンボスパターンが形成されている、吸収性物品を提供する。【選択図】図１
