To provide a low-cost method for producing a composition for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil which has high efficiency of decontaminating petroleum contamination, a composition for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil, and furthermore, a method for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil using the composition for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing a composition for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil which includes a process of inoculating petroleum decomposing bacteria to an organic material containing unfermented material and culturing the bacteria, a composition for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil which contains 1×10cells/g or more of petroleum decomposing bacteria and 60 mass% or more of unfermented material, and a composition for decontaminating of contaminated soil produced by the production method, or a method for decontaminating petroleum-contaminated soil which includes a process of adding the composition to petroleum-contaminated soil.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】石油汚染浄化の効率が高く且つ低コストである石油汚染土壌の浄化用組成物の製造方法、及び石油汚染土壌の浄化用組成物を提供する。さらに、該石油汚染土壌の浄化用組成物を用いた石油汚染土壌の浄化方法を提供する。【解決手段】未発酵資材を含む有機資材に石油分解菌を植菌し培養する工程を含む石油汚染土壌の浄化用組成物の製造方法、1×106cells/g以上の石油分解菌、及び60質量%以上の未発酵資材を含む石油汚染土壌の浄化用組成物、並びに該製造方法により製造された汚染土壌の浄化用組成物、又は該組成物を石油汚染土壌に添加する工程を含む石油汚染土壌の浄化方法。【選択図】なし
