Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of producing a painted plated sheet steel having sufficient film adhesion without applying a defatting treatment thereto, even if a plated sheet steel is stored before being painted.SOLUTION: In a plated sheet steel having a plating layer having a specific amount of Al, Si and Zn, the ratio of a hydroxyl group on its surface is 0.175 or more, the ratio of zinc metal to the whole zinc component is 0.30 or more, and the ratio of oxygen at a depth of 180 nm from the surface of the plating layer is 0.45 or more. In a production method of a painted plated sheet steel, the plated sheet steel is used as a painting original sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】塗装前にめっき鋼板を保管していても、脱脂処理をすることなく十分な塗膜密着性を有する塗装めっき鋼板の製造を可能とする技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明におけるめっき鋼板は、Al、SiおよびZnを特定量で有するめっき層を有し、その表面における水酸基の割合が0.175以上であるとともに全ての亜鉛成分に対する金属亜鉛の割合が0.30以上であり、上記めっき層の表面から180nmの深さにおける酸素の割合が0.45以上である。本発明における塗装めっき鋼板の製造方法では、当該めっき鋼板を塗装原板に用いる。【選択図】なし
