PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extract of the inflamed skin of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus having more stable quality, and to provide formulations and the like containing the extract as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: By measuring, every production lot, the amount of an extract of the inflamed skin of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus and a sulfurated tyrosine contained in a formulation containing the extract, and by confirming that the content is 125 ng or more per unit of extract of the inflamed skin of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus, the quality of the extract and formulation every production lot can be secured as more stable one. The extract of the inflamed skin of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus which became what has more stable quality by such a method and a formulation containing the extract ensure the efficacy and safety more strictly and has extremely useful.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の目的は、品質のより安定したワクシニアウイルス接種ウサギ炎症皮膚抽出物及び当該抽出物を有効成分として含有する製剤等を提供することにある。【解決手段】ワクシニアウイルス接種ウサギ炎症皮膚抽出物及び当該抽出物を含有する製剤に含有される硫酸化チロシンの量を製造ロット毎に測定し、含有量が、ワクシニアウイルス接種ウサギ炎症皮膚抽出物１単位当たり１２５ｎｇ以上であることを確認することにより、当該抽出物及び製剤の製造ロット毎の品質をより安定的なものとして確保することができる。そのような方法で品質がより安定なものとなったワクシニアウイルス接種ウサギ炎症皮膚抽出物及び当該抽出物を含有する製剤は、その有効性及び安全性もより厳格に担保されたものとなり、非常に有用性の高いものである。【選択図】なし
