【課題】積層型電子部品の製造において感光性導電層を転写するために用いられ、感光性導電層(感光性導電ペースト)の塗布性が良好であり、かつ感光性導電層の転写性が良好である感光性導電層転写用離型フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】基材フィルム上に離型層を備え、該離型層上に感光性導電層を積層するために用いられる感光性導電層転写用離型フィルムであって、前記離型層の表面自由エネルギーが25〜43mJ/m2の範囲であることを特徴とする、感光性導電層転写用離型フィルム。【選択図】なし |
