Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for estimating the state of a battery for driving an electric vehicle using a Kalman filter, the device being designed to set the initial values of battery parameters simply and appropriately and improve the accuracy of estimating the battery state.SOLUTION: The battery state estimation device comprises a parameter estimation unit 11 for estimating parameters including the resistor and capacitor of an equivalent circuit model of a battery on the basis of initial values, and a storage unit 16 for storing a parameter estimation value at the time the parameter estimation unit was previously turned off, the storage unit including a first storage unit 17 capable of storing for each computation of the parameter estimation unit and a second storage unit for storing only when a battery voltage at the time a parameter estimation value was estimated exceeds a prescribed value, and includes an initial value setting unit 25 for reading a parameter estimation value from one of the first storage unit and the second storage unit and setting it as a parameter initial value of the parameter estimation unit at the current ON time, on the basis of a battery voltage at the time the parameter estimation unit is currently turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の少なくとも一実施形態は、カルマンフィルタを用いて電動車両の駆動用バッテリの状態推定を行う装置において、バッテリのパラメータの初期値を簡単かつ適切に設定してバッテリ状態推定の精度を向上すること目的とする。【解決手段】バッテリの等価回路モデルの抵抗及びコンデンサを含むパラメータを初期値を基に推定するパラメータ推定部11と、パラメータ推定部の前回OFF時におけるパラメータ推定値を記憶する記憶部16とを備え、記憶部はパラメータ推定部の演算ごとに格納可能な第1記憶部17とパラメータ推定値を推定した際のバッテリ電圧が所定電圧を超える場合にだけ格納される第2記憶部とを有し、パラメータ推定部の今回ON時におけるバッテリ電圧に基づいて、第1記憶部及び第2記憶部の一方からパラメータ推定値を読み取り、今回ONのパラメータ推定部のパラメータ初期値とする初期値設定部25を備える。【選択図】図1
