PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume composition which masks chlorine odor derived from a hypochlorous acid, where the perfume composition is excellent in durability against a hypochlorous acid and does not give an adverse effect to a disinfecting and deodorizing capability of the hypochlorous acid, and adds suitable flavor to the air while suppressing chlorine odor when sprayed into the air together with hypochlorous acid water.SOLUTION: A perfume composition contains 2-8 mass% of alcohol, 0.1-1.0 mass% of a perfume component, and the balance of water, and contains cineol and menthol as perfume components. When the total mass of the perfume component is 100 mass%, the cineol is 56-72 mass%, and the menthol is 7.5-17.5 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】次亜塩素酸由来の塩素臭をマスキングする香料組成物を提供する。この香料組成物は次亜塩素酸に対する耐久性に優れかつ次亜塩素酸の除菌消臭能力に悪影響を与えず、さらには、次亜塩素酸水とともに大気中に噴霧されたときに塩素臭を抑制しつつ好適な香り付けを行えるものとする。【解決手段】アルコール：２〜８質量％、香料成分：０．１〜１．０質量％、水：残部からなる香料組成物であって、香料成分としてシネオールとメントールと含む。ここに、香料成分の全質量を１００質量％としたとき、前記シネオールは５６〜７２質量％、前記メントールは７．５〜１７．５質量％とする。【選択図】 なし
