Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water surface travelling device capable of accurately travelling along a shortest path or an arbitrary travelling path to a desired position.SOLUTION: A water surface travelling device 10 includes: a first propulsion force generation unit having a body 100, a propeller 211, and a motor 212; a second propulsion force generation unit having a propeller 221 and a motor 222; and a controller 30. The body 100 floats on a water surface and the shape of a horizontal section of a submerged unit is circular, almost circular, or a regular polygon with 5 or more angles. The first propulsion force generation unit 1 and the second propulsion force generation unit are arranged on a top surface side of the body and in a position which is almost symmetrical to a center-of-gravity point of the submerged unit.
