Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acquisition accuracy of information of a processing position by a head unit.SOLUTION: A conveyance device includes a head unit, and carries out processing by the head unit to a conveyed object conveyed at a first moving speed. The conveyance device includes: a sensor which is installed by corresponding to the head unit and acquires information of the conveyed object; a calculation part which detects a detection result indicating a position, a moving speed, and a first moving amount of the conveyed object based on the information acquired by the sensor, or a combination of them; a measurement part which measures a second moving amount by which the conveyed object moves; an adjustment part which adjusts an acquisition timing of the information used for detection of the detection result by the calculation part when the conveyed object is conveyed at the first moving speed based on the detection result and the second moving amount at the time when the conveyed object is conveyed at the second moving speed lower than the first moving speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ヘッドユニットによる処理位置の情報の取得精度を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】ヘッドユニットを有し、第１移動速度で搬送される被搬送物に対して前記ヘッドユニットによって処理を行う搬送装置であって、前記ヘッドユニットに対応して設置され、前記被搬送物の情報を取得するセンサと、前記センサの取得する情報に基づいて前記被搬送物の位置、移動速度、第１移動量又はこれらの組み合わせを示す検出結果を検出する計算部と、前記被搬送物が移動する第２移動量を計測する計測部と、前記被搬送物が、前記第１移動速度よりも低速である第２移動速度で搬送される際の前記検出結果及び前記第２移動量に基づいて、前記第１移動速度で前記被搬送物が搬送される場合に、前記計算部による検出結果の検出に用いられる前記情報の取得タイミングを調整する調整部とを備えることで上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図１
