Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an aluminum conductive member enabling an aluminum conductive member having excellent contact resistance and corrosion resistance to be produced at low cost, and an aluminum conductive member.SOLUTION: There is provided the method of producing an aluminum conductive member comprising an aluminum base material made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a conductive layer laminated on a surface of the aluminum base material. The method of producing an aluminum conductive member comprises the steps of: etching a surface of the aluminum base material with an acidic mixed solution containing hydrofluoric acid and ammonium fluoride; then applying a conductive coating liquid containing carbon powder and a binder resin to the surface of the aluminum base material; and applying heat treatment to the aluminum base material to form a conductive layer, and the aluminum conductive member is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金を用いて、接触抵抗及び耐食性に優れたアルミ導電部材をコスト性に優れて製造することができるアルミ導電部材の製造方法及びアルミ導電部材を提供する。【解決手段】アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなるアルミ基材とこのアルミ基材の表面に積層された導電層とを備えるアルミ導電部材の製造方法であって、前記アルミ基材の表面をフッ酸とフッ化アンモニウムとを含んだ酸性混合溶液でエッチング処理した後に、炭素粉末とバインダー樹脂とを含んだ導電性塗料を塗布し、熱処理して導電層を形成することを特徴とするアルミ導電部材の製造方法及びアルミ導電部材である。【選択図】なし
