Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant aqueous coating material which is composed of a material effectively exhibiting a flame-retardant effect, and solves such a problem that there is present in a conventional technology, an indoor foamable fireproof coating material composition containing an aqueous resin and a phosphorus-flame retardant as a coating material for protection from heat, however the phosphorus-flame retardant is not specifically identified, and accordingly a material effectively exhibiting a flame-retardant effect cannot be actually identified.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The flame-retardant aqueous coating material is provided that is composed of mixed aqueous emulsion of a styrene-acrylate copolymer and a polyester resin, and a powder phosphonate compound. The coating material can effectively exhibit a flame-retardant effect, and furthermore can provide an aqueous transparent coating material by using ultrafine particulate silica.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来技術では,熱から保護するための塗材として,水性樹脂とリン系難燃剤とを含む室内用発泡型耐火塗料組成物が存在していたが,リン系難燃剤につき,具体的に特定されていないため,実際に難燃効果を有効に発揮する材料を特定できていないという課題が残されていた。そこで,本願発明では,難燃効果を有効に発揮する材料にて構成されている難燃性水性塗材を提供することを課題とする。【課題を解決するための手段】スチレン・アクリル酸エステル共重合体とポリエステル樹脂との混合水性エマルジョンと,粉体ホスホネート化合物とからなる難燃性水性塗材を提供する。これによれば,難燃効果を有効に発揮することができることに加えて,水性塗料であって,かつ超微粒シリカを用いることで透明な塗料を提供することも可能となる。【選択図】図1
