PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endermic topical formulation of an isoxazoline compound which avoids drawbacks in a high-capacity and commonly used endermic topical formulation such that sagging of formulation product could occur after dosage, or an appearance of sticky hair is caused, and insolubility (crystallization) of active ingredient, skin irritation and undesired formulation product properties (insufficient viscosity, insufficient spreading, insufficient transpiration and insufficient impregnation or the like) could be caused in a high-concentration formulation.SOLUTION: An endermic topical formulation for treating or preventing parasitic infection of animals contains an isoxazoline compound and a veterinary acceptable liquid carrier vehicle, and the liquid carrier vehicle contains glycofurol as solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高い容量の慣用的な経表面局所製剤では、投与後に製剤品の垂れ流れが生じたり、べとべとした毛の外観となることがあり得、高濃度の製剤では、活性成分の不溶性（晶出）、皮膚刺激ならびに望ましくない製剤品特性（不充分な粘度、不充分な拡展、不充分な蒸散および不充分な浸透など）がもたらされることがあり得るが、それらの欠点が回避されるイソオキサゾリン化合物の経表面局所製剤の提供。【解決手段】イソオキサゾリン化合物ならびに獣医用の許容され得る液状担体ビヒクルを含み、該液状担体ビヒクルが溶媒としてグリコフロールを含むものである、動物の寄生虫感染の処置または予防のための経表面局所製剤。【選択図】なし
