Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite structure of stable quality by integrating a CFRP member and a metal member in a simple process.SOLUTION: In order to integrate a CFRP member 1 and a metal member 2, the CFRP member 1 has a simple shape, an engaging recess 3 having a dimension allowing loose fitting of the CFRP member 1 is formed in the metal member 2, an adhesive injection hole 4 for communicating the engaging recess 3 to an outside is provided. An end portion of the CFRP member 1 is inserted and fitted into the engaging recess 3 of the metal member 2 and an adhesive injected into the engaging recess 3 from the adhesive injection hole 4 is packed between the end portion of the CFRP member 1 and the inner surface of the engaging recess 3 so as to form an adhesive layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡単な工程でCFRP部材と金属部材を一体化して、安定した品質の複合構造体を製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】CFRP部材1と金属部材2とを一体化するため、CFRP部材1を単純形状として、金属部材2には、CFRP部材1を遊嵌可能な寸法を有する嵌入凹所3を形成すると共に、嵌入凹所3を外部に連通させる接着剤注入孔4を設けておく。金属部材2の嵌入凹所3にCFRP部材1の端部を差し込んで嵌合させ、接着剤注入孔4から嵌入凹所3に注入した接着剤を、CFRP部材1の端部と嵌入凹所3の内面の間に充填して接着剤層5を形成する。【選択図】図1
