Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in processing cost and prevent a change in strip strength and dimensional change by dispensing with two plastic deformations of a strip for screw manufacture, and to effectively utilize a space of a processing plant by efficiently arranging a screw apparatus.SOLUTION: A screw manufacturing apparatus 100 constituted by joining a long strip 118 with an auger shaft 114 at a predetermined angle comprises a shaft feed part 130 that feeds the auger shaft 114, a shaft rotating part 140 that rotates the shaft, a strip feed part 200 that feeds the strip 118 to come in contact with the peripheral face of the shaft, and a joint part 150 that joins the strip 118 with the auger shaft 114, where the strip feed part 200 transfers a linear strip 118 at a standby angle inclined closer to the side of the auger shaft 114 than at a predetermined angle while deflecting the same until reaching a predetermined angle, thereby feeding the same at a predetermined angle to the auger shaft 114.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】スクリュの製造に際して帯板の2度の塑性変形を不要にして加工費の低減、帯板の強度変化や寸法変化の防止を図ると共に、スクリュの製造装置を効率よく配置し、加工工場のスペースを有効に活用する。【解決手段】長尺の帯板118をオーガ軸114に対して所定の角度で接合して構成されるスクリュの製造装置100において、オーガ軸114を軸方向に送る軸送り部130と、軸を回転させる軸回転部140と、帯板118を軸の周面に接触するように給送する帯板給送部200と、オーガ軸114に帯板118を接合する接合部150とを備え、帯板給送部200は、所定の角度よりもオーガ軸114側に傾けた待機角度の直線状の帯板118を、所定の角度になるまでたわませながら搬送し、オーガ軸114に対して所定の角度で直線状に給送する。【選択図】 図1
