Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a strong alkaline electrolyzed water which prevents a short pass of an electrolytic solution in an electrolytic cell of an electrolytic apparatus which generates a strong alkaline electrolyzed water and increases electrolytic efficiency to shorten the manufacturing time.SOLUTION: In the production of a strong alkaline electrolyzed water, an anode chamber is divided into two chambers so that the internal volume of the anode chamber farther from a diaphragm is made to be more than 1 time the internal volume of the closer anode chamber, and furthermore, a partition plate is placed so that the farther anode chamber is divided into the electrolyte inlet side and the outlet side, the position of the partition plate is close to the inlet side, and the anode electrode is a perforated electrode plate through which the electrolytic solution can pass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 強アルカリ電解水を生成する電解装置の電解槽において電解液のショートバスを防止し、電解効率を高めて製造時間を短縮する強アルカリ電解水の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 強アルカリ電解水を製造する際、アノード室を2室に分けて隔膜から遠い方のアノード室の内容積を近い方のアノード室の内容積の1倍以上とし、さらに隔膜から遠い方のアノード室を電解液入口側と出口側に分断する仕切板を設置し、仕切板の位置を入口側に近くするとともにアノード電極は電解液が通過できる有孔電極板とした電解槽を用いる。【選択図】図1
