Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing treatment system performing dry pulverizing treatment in a low temperature state and capable of increasing a size and reducing cooling energy.SOLUTION: In a pulverizing treatment system, a dry pulverizer 20 performs pulverizing treatment by agitating a treatment object and pulverization media 60 with an agitator 30 rotating in a pulverization chamber 25, dry ice pieces are used as the pulverization media 60, cooling means 80 keeping the inside of the pulverization chamber 25 at a low temperature of -56°C or lower is disposed and the cooling means 80 supplies a liquefied inert gas and discharges a vaporized inert gas in the pulverization chamber 25 and cooling is performed by using the latent heat of vaporization of the liquefied inert gas or the cooling means 80 supplies and discharges the inert gas in the pulverization chamber 25 and cooling is performed by using the sensible heat of the inert gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低温状態で乾式粉砕処理を行う粉砕処理システムであって、大型化が可能であるとともに、冷却エネルギーの低減が可能な粉砕処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】乾式粉砕機20は、粉砕室25の内部で回転する撹拌機30によって処理物及び粉砕メディア60を撹拌して粉砕処理を行う。粉砕メディア60としてドライアイス片を使用するとともに、粉砕室25の内部を−56℃以下の低温に保持する冷却手段80を備えている。冷却手段80は、粉砕室25について、液化不活性ガスの供給と気化した不活性ガスの排出を行い、液化不活性ガスの蒸発潜熱を利用して冷却する。または、冷却手段80が、粉砕室25について、不活性ガスの供給及び排出を行い、不活性ガスの顕熱を利用して冷却する。【選択図】図1
