PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair with a transfer machine having a simple structure facilitating movement, a use method thereof, and further a transfer machine suitable for the wheel chair with a transfer machine and the use method thereof.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 1 with a transfer machine 11 includes: a seat 2 extending in a horizontal direction; a backrest 3 extending in a vertical direction; a plurality of wheels 4; a frame 5 connecting at least the seat 2 and the plurality of wheels 4; a storage space S1 arranged under at least the seat 2, favorably further under the backrest 3, storing the transfer machine 11 in a folded state, and allowing the transfer machine 11 to be taken in/out from a back side of the wheelchair 1 or seat 2; and a holding part 6 arranged under the seat 2 and holding the transfer machine 11 stored in the storage space S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】移動容易で簡素な構造を備える移乗機付き車椅子およびその使用方法、さらにそれらに適する移乗機が望まれる。【解決手段】移乗機１１付きの車椅子１は、水平方向に延在するシート２と、垂直方向に延在する背もたれ３と、複数の車輪４と、少なくともシート２および複数の車輪４を接続するフレーム５と、少なくともシート２下、好ましくはさらに背もたれ３下に設けられ、移乗機１１を折り畳まれた状態で収容しかつ移乗機１１を車椅子１ないしシート２の後方から出し入れ可能に構成される収納空間Ｓ１と、シート２下に設けられて収納空間Ｓ１に収納された移乗機１１を保持する保持部６と、を有する。【選択図】図１
