Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device operable to emit white light, which is small in color unevenness.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises: a support substrate; a light-emitting element which is put on the support substrate and includes an electrode layer including a conductive member, and an optical semiconductor laminate layer disposed on the electrode layer and having a light-emitting property; and a wavelength conversion layer which covers the optical semiconductor laminate layer of the semiconductor light-emitting element, and has a first portion located just above the optical semiconductor laminate layer and second portions which laterally run over the optical semiconductor laminate layer, and is sagging downward without touching a side of the semiconductor laminate layer, provided that the thickness of the second portion falls within a range of ±15% of the thickness of the first portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
