PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, information processing program, and information processing method capable of effectively increasing content distribution target users.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a model generation unit and an update unit. The model generation unit generates a prediction model which uses, as an objective variable, information of whether or not a user has purchased a commodity and/or service sold in a predetermined e-commerce and which uses the attribute of the user as an explanatory variable.
