Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional auto-iris control using a compact motor requires feedback control means employing a damping coil to set a specific aperture value and tends to cause problems such as hunting when dealing with high luminance objects.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a solenoid actuator and control circuit, which are suitably used for an iris, robot arm or the like and is configured to differentially drive a drive coil A and single-endedly drive a drive coil B according to a control voltage that controls a four-pole actuator to stop the solenoid actuator at predetermined rotational angles corresponding to the control voltage and enable back-and-forth movement thereof within a 180-degree range, thereby providing capability to uniquely determine specific rotational phases using the control voltage. 【課題】従来の小型モーターを用いたオートアイリス制御では特定の絞り値を設定する為には制動コイルを用いたフィードバック制御手段を要し、また、高輝度の被写体に対する対応ではハンチングを引き起こす等の、制御面での課題があった。【解決手段】本発明は4極構造のソレノイドアクチュエーターを制御する制御電圧に対応し、駆動コイルAを差動駆動し、駆動コイルBをシングルエンドで駆動する事で、ソレノイドアクチュエーターを制御電圧に対応した所定の回転角に停止させ、180度の往復運動を可能にする事で、特定の回転位相を制御電圧で一義的に決める事が出来る機能を提供、アイリスやロボットアーム等に用いて好適なるソレノイドアクチュエーターと制御回路である。
