Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an optical product satisfying product specifications by statistically controlling a processing parameter in the case of processing components.SOLUTION: A manufacturing system 100 includes: a model construction part 52 for constructing a model representing a relation among a processing parameter of a plurality of components, statistical information of characteristics related to the plurality of components, and statistical information of characteristics related to an assembly configured by assembling the plurality of components; and a processing parameter determination part 53 for determining the processing parameter on the basis of the model such that the characteristics related to the assembly satisfy a predetermined reference. In this case, at least one component of the plurality of components is an optical element. The processing parameter is determined on the basis of the constructed model, and the plurality of components are processed in accordance with the determined processing parameter, and the assembly is assembled by the plurality of processed components. Thus, it is possible to statistically optimize the characteristics, and to efficiently manufacture the optical product satisfying product specifications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】部品を加工する際の加工パラメータを統計的に制御することで、製品規格を満たす光学製品を効率良く製造する。【解決手段】製造システム100は、複数の部品の加工パラメータと、複数の部品に関する特性の統計情報と、複数の部品が組み立てられてなる組立体に関する特性の統計情報と、の関係を表すモデルを構築するモデル構築部52、及び組立体に関する特性が予め定められた基準を満たすように、モデルに基づいて加工パラメータを決定する加工パラメータ決定部53を備える。ここで、複数の部品のうちの少なくとも1つの部品は光学素子である。構築されたモデルに基づいて加工パラメータを決定し、決定された加工パラメータに従って複数の部品を加工し、加工された複数の部品より組立体を組み立てることにより、統計的に特性を最適化して製品規格を満たす光学製品を効率良く製造することが可能になる。【選択図】図1
