Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter that calculates a flow rate with high accuracy from an ultrasonic beam received by an ultrasonic sensor at a receiving side.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flowmeter includes: a tube for letting measured fluid flow through; and one or more pairs of upper stream side and lower stream side ultrasonic sensors 140 that alternately transmit and receive signal components of an ultrasonic beam in a state of facing each other crossing at an angle to a flowing direction of the measured fluid. Each of the ultrasonic sensors 140 includes: a vibration transceiving member 142; and a sensor frame with a cylindrical shape with a bottom 144 for protecting the vibration transceiving member 142 housed therein. The ultrasonic flowmeter includes a vibration prevention mechanism that suppresses noise components of the ultrasonic beam propagated via the sensor frame 142 and tube when the sensor frame 144 transmits the signal components of the ultrasonic beam from one end to the other of the vibration transceiving member 142.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】受信側の超音波センサで受信された超音波ビームから高い精度の流量を算出する超音波流量計を提供する。【解決手段】被測定流体を流通させる管体と、被測定流体の流通方向に対して斜めに横切って相互に対向した状態で超音波ビームにおける信号成分の送受信を交互に行う一対または複数対の上流側および下流側の超音波センサ140とを備え、超音波センサ140が、振動送受信部材142と、振動送受信部材142を内設して保護する有底円筒状のセンサフレーム144とから構成され、センサフレーム144が、振動送受信部材142の一方から他方に向けて超音波ビームの信号成分を発信した際に、センサフレーム142および管体を経由して伝搬される超音波ビームのノイズ成分を抑制する振動抑制機構を備えている超音波流量計。【選択図】図3
