Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time and reduce a cost for a filtration film test irrespective of a form of the filtration film.SOLUTION: Pure water is conducted to a film surface of a slice of a hollow ceramic film 10, which is fixed to a stationery portion 30, from a static water pressure device 20, and a flow quantity of first treatment water which is flown out from the slice is measured. After the flow quantity of the first treatment water is measured, treated water 21 is conducted to the film surface from the static water pressure device 20. Next, the slice is cleaned by an agent. Next, pure water is conducted to the film surface of the slice after cleaning by the agent from the static water pressure device 20, and a flow quantity of second treatment water flown out from the slice is measured. Then, the hollow ceramic film 10 is evaluated on the basis of a difference between the flow quantity of the first treatment water and the flow quantity of the second treatment water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】濾過膜の形態に関わらず濾過膜試験の短縮化及び低コスト化を図る。【解決手段】固定部30に固定された中空状セラミック膜10の切片の膜面に静水圧装置20から純水が当該膜面に通水され前記切片から流出した第一の処理水の流量が計測される。前記第一の処理水の流量が計測された後に静水圧装置20から被処理水21が前記膜面に通水される。次いで、前記切片が薬剤洗浄される。次いで、静水圧装置20から純水が前記薬剤洗浄後の切片の膜面に通水されて当該切片から流出した第二の処理水の流量が計測される。そして、前記第一の処理水の流量と前記第二の処理水の流量との差に基づき中空状セラミック膜10が評価される。【選択図】図1 |
