Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of reducing its footprint on a substrate.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a connector 1 which is mounted on a substrate. The connector 1 comprises: a connector housing 2; and a plurality of terminals 5 which are fitted to the connector housing, and to which mating terminals are electrically connected, respectively. Each of the terminals 5 has: a contact part provided with a contact portion which is an area making contact with the mating terminal; and lead parts 41, 51, and 53, provided integrally with the contact part via another portion or provided integrally with the contact part, which are areas soldered to the substrate.
