Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a computer system to analyze how each of a plurality of user experiences affects an evaluation index on the basis of a positive influence and a negative influence; a method executed by the computer system; and a program.SOLUTION: A computer system comprises: receiving means which receives a plurality of results of a plurality of users' evaluating an identical evaluation object; analytical means which analyzes the plurality of evaluation results; and output means which outputs an analysis result of the plurality of evaluation results.
