PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store facility which checks, in a sales-promoting system for exchanging with points provided in association with a purchase of merchandise or a service, the actual merchandise or service to be exchanged with the points, and which loans the points to enable the exchange when the points are insufficient.SOLUTION: A store facility includes: a point loaning device which is provided near the entrance of the store facility, identifies a membership card owned by a member of a shop, and loans desired points to an account associated with the card; a point consuming device which is provided in the shop, identifies the membership card, and consumes the point exchanged with merchandise or a service in the shop from the account; and a point settling device which is provided near the exit of the store facility, identifies the membership card, and settles the loaned points to the account.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】商品、サービスを購入したときに付随して提供されるポイントと交換する販促システムにおいて、ポイントと交換されるべき商品、サービスの実物を確認し、ポイント不足の場合には、ポイントを貸付けて交換できるようにした店舗設備を提供する。【解決手段】店舗設備は、前記店舗設備の入口近傍に設けられ、前記ショップの会員が所持する会員カードを識別して、当該カードに組み付けられたアカウントに所望のポイントを貸し付けるポイント貸付装置と、前記ショップ内に設けられ、前記会員カードを識別して前記アカウントから当該ショップで商品、サービスと交換されたポイントを消費させるポイント消費装置と、前記店舗設備の出口近傍に設けられ、前記会員カードを識別して、前記アカウントに貸し付けられたポイントを決済するポイント決済装置とを備えて構成されている。【選択図】図１
