PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awakening support device for urging awakening of a driver of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An awakening support device includes: a driver state determination section for determining whether or not a driver is drowsy on the basis of detection information of a driver state detection sensor that detects a state of a driver of a vehicle; and a telephone call indication information output section for outputting telephone call indication information for allowing a driver to make a telephone call with a driver of another vehicle to a telephone call device.
