PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress absence of a role at a business office.SOLUTION: A presence management server 121 registers and manages a business office and a seat specified from a client device 2 of an employee connected via a network as a location that the employee works. Also, if a role, which the employee who registers the location of the business office where the location of the employee is registered can take charge of, is unassigned, the presence management server 121 assigns the unassigned role to the employee.
