Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of the fixability of a developer image, in a configuration where a light source and a condensing member rotated in contact with a belt are arranged inside the belt whose inner peripheral surface has the adhesion of a liquid in comparison with a configuration not having a leveling member leveling the liquid adhered to the condensing member.SOLUTION: A fixing device 20 includes a belt 22, a light source unit 24, a nip forming roll 26, and a leveling member 28. The belt 22 is endless and transparent. A silicone oil OL is adhered to the inner peripheral surface 22A of the belt 22. The belt 22 comes into contact with a toner image G on a paper sheet P. The light source unit 24 is arranged inside the belt 22 and emits laser light Bm. The nip forming roll 26 is rotatably provided inside the belt 22, has a contact part 29 which comes into contact with a part of the inner peripheral surface 22A of the belt 22, and condenses the laser light Bm emitted from the light source unit 24 toward the contact part 29.
