Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type burner system in which consumption degrees of heat storage body installed at the heat storage type burner carrying out an exhausting mode and a combustion mode alternatively in at least one set and one pair manner can be set approximately equal, the heat storage body is not uselessly consumed even if the heat storage bodies are totally replaced during a specified period and then an energy saving effect can be appropriately assured.SOLUTION: Heat storage type burners 1L, 1R comprise a combustion exhaust gas outlet side 4b of a heat storage part 4 and a communication part 13 arranged to communicate with both an exhaust system 5 and an air-supply system 7; and a temperature switch 14 arranged at the communication part to output a detected signal detecting that a temperature in said communication part is more than a set temperature and further a controller 15 for changing-over a mode during an operation of the heat storage type burners to another mode when the detected signal is inputted from the temperature switch of the heat storage type burner under the exhausting mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少なくとも一組一対で排気モードと燃焼モードを交互に行う蓄熱式バーナに備えられる蓄熱体の消耗度合いをほぼ等しくすることが可能で、一定期間で一斉に蓄熱体の交換を行うようにしても、蓄熱体を無駄にすることなく、適切に省エネルギ効果を確保することが可能な蓄熱式バーナシステムを提供する。【解決手段】蓄熱式バーナ1L,1Rは、蓄熱部4の燃焼排ガス出口側4bと排気系5及び給気系7双方とを連通して設けられる連通部13と、連通部に設けられ、当該連通部内の温度が設定温度以上の検知信号を出力する温度スイッチ14とを備え、さらに排気モードの蓄熱式バーナの温度スイッチから検知信号が入力されたとき、蓄熱式バーナの運転中のモードを他のモードに切り替えるコントローラ15を備えた。【選択図】図1 |
