PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve rigid pressure-insertion fixation while performing press fitting without the necessity of a special machine when fixing a final gear and a differential case.SOLUTION: A differential gear device A having a differential gear mechanism G which can distribute the power of an engine 1 to drive wheels comprises: a final gear 70 to which the power from the engine 1 is inputted; and a differential case 71 for outputting the power inputted to the final gear 70 to the drive wheels 6 via the differential gear mechanism G. The final gear 70 has a tapered pressure-insertion inner face 70a which is formed of a tapered shape having a prescribed inclination angle with respect to an output rotating shaft OL. The differential case 71 has a tapered pressure-insertion outer face 71a which is formed of a tapered shape having a prescribed inclination angle with respect to the output rotating shaft OL. The fixation of the final gear 70 and the differential gear 71 is tapered pressure-insertion fixation by the pressure-insertion fixation of the tapered pressure-insertion inner face 70a and the tapered pressure-insertion outer face 71a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ファイナルギアとデフケースとの固定に際して、特別な機械が不要なプレス嵌合としながら、強固な圧入固定を達成すること。【解決手段】エンジン１の動力を駆動輪に分配可能な差動ギア機構Ｇを有するディファレンシャルギア装置Ａであって、エンジン１からの動力が入力されるファイナルギア７０と、ファイナルギア７０に入力された動力を、差動ギア機構Ｇを介して駆動輪６へ出力するデフケース７１と、を備える。ファイナルギア７０は、出力回転軸OLに対して所定の傾斜角度を持つテーパー形状によるテーパー圧入内面７０ａを有する。デフケース７１は、出力回転軸OLに対して所定の傾斜角度を持つテーパー形状によるテーパー圧入外面７１ａを有する。ファイナルギア７０とデフケース７１との固定を、テーパー圧入内面７０ａとテーパー圧入外面７１ａとの圧入嵌合によるテーパー圧入固定とする。【選択図】図２
