PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing device having a new structure.SOLUTION: A vaporizing device (a submerged combustion type vaporizing device 1) comprises a water tank 11, a water injection mechanism 2 constituted so as to inject high-temperature gas into water through a bubble injection hole 22, a downcomer 13 arranged so as to extend in a vertical direction in the water tank, and a heat exchanger 3 including a heat transfer pipe 31 and constituted so as to vaporize low-temperature liquefied gas flowing in the heat transfer pipe. The heat transfer pipe is spirally arranged toward an upper part from a lower part of the downcomer so as to surround a periphery of the downcomer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】新たな構造の気化装置を提供する。【解決手段】気化装置（水中燃焼式気化装置１）は、水槽１１と、高温ガスを、気泡噴出孔２２を通じて水中に噴出するよう構成された気泡噴出機構２と、水槽内において垂直方向に伸びて配設されたダウンカマー１３と、伝熱管３１を有しかつ、伝熱管の中を流れる低温液化ガスを気化するように構成された熱交換器３と、を備える。伝熱管は、ダウンカマーの周囲を囲むように、ダウンカマーの下部から上部に向かって、らせん状に配設されている。【選択図】図１
