PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably inhibit mixing of air bubbles into a liquid of a pressure buffer device.SOLUTION: A hydraulic buffer device includes: a cylinder part 10 which houses an oil; a reservoir chamber R which is provided at the outer side of the cylinder part 10 and in which a liquid is accumulated; a piston part which is provided within the cylinder part 10 so as to move in an axial direction and divides a space within the cylinder part 10 into a first oil chamber and a second oil chamber for storing the oil; a baffle member 60 which is formed separately from the cylinder part 10, has a body part 61 provided at the reservoir chamber R and a protruding part 621 protruding from the body part 61, and inhibits swinging of an oil surface of the oil in the reservoir chamber R; and a restriction part (a first held part 63) which is provided at the baffle member 60 and restricts movement of the baffle member 60 at one side and the other side in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】圧力緩衝装置の液体における気泡の混入を安定して抑制する。【解決手段】油圧緩衝装置は、オイルを収容するシリンダ部１０と、シリンダ部１０における外側に設けられて、液体が溜まるリザーバ室Ｒと、シリンダ部１０内において軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、シリンダ部１０内の空間を、オイルを収容する第１油室と第２油室とに区画するピストン部と、シリンダ部１０とは別体であって、リザーバ室Ｒに設けられる本体部６１および本体部６１から突出する突出部６２１を有してリザーバ室Ｒにおけるオイルの油面の揺れを抑制するバッフル部材６０と、バッフル部材６０に設けられ、バッフル部材６０の軸方向における一方側と他方側との両方における移動を制限する制限部（第１被保持部６３）とを備える。【選択図】図２
