Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive restriction against telescopic motions of both joint parts when a larger inner pressure than a design inner pressure is temporarily applied against a pipe passage including a joint pipe, for example and subsequently when a high axial force caused by displacement of ground or earthquake acts against it, to operate both joint parts positively and smoothly after tracking this high axial force.SOLUTION: A first telescopic restriction tool 20 capable of restricting both joint parts in telescopic impossible state of which restriction force is reduced by an axial force not less than a non-average force corresponding to a design inner pressure is constituted in such a way that it can be installed over both joint parts 2, 3 at a joint pipe 1 provided with a pair of joint parts 2, 3 having at least a telescopic structure and a second telescopic restriction tool 30 for receiving an axial force corresponding to a larger inner pressure than the design inner pressure pressurized in the joint pipe 1 over both joint parts 2, 3 at the joint pipe 1 independently or under cooperation with the first telescopic restriction tool 20 is constituted in such a way that it can be removably installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】例えば、継手管を含む管路に対して設計内圧よりも大きな内圧を一時的に加圧する場合には、両継手部の伸縮作動を確実に拘束し、それでいて、地盤の変位や地震による強い軸方向力が作用したときには、この強い軸方向力に追従して両継手部を確実、スムーズに伸縮作動させる。【解決手段】少なくとも伸縮構造を有する一対の継手部2,3を備えた継手管1における両継手部2,3に亘って、両継手部を伸縮不能状態に拘束可能で、且つ、設計内圧に対応する不平均力以上の軸方向力で拘束力が低下する第1伸縮規制具20が架設可能に構成され、継手管1における両継手部2,3に亘って、継手管1内に加圧された設計内圧よりも大なる内圧に対応する軸方向力を単独又は第1伸縮規制具20との協働で受け止める第2伸縮規制具30が脱着自在に架設可能に構成されている。【選択図】図5
