Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle beam treatment device which can efficiently irradiate the charged particle beam according to a shape of the subject to be irradiated.SOLUTION: A charged particle beam treatment device 1 includes an enlargement amount adjusting part 102 for adjusting an enlargement amount of a charged particle beam R by an enlargement part 70 according to a shape of a tumor 14. With this configuration, when the tumor 14 becomes smaller as shown in Fig. 6(b), for example, the enlargement amount adjusting part 102 can also decrease the enlargement amount of the charged particle beam R accordingly. Therefore, among the charged particle beam R, the beam shielded by the multi-leaf collimator 24 can be decreased.
